About the Instructor

He has published numerous articles in publications ranging from ASTD/ Performance In Practice to Customer Service Management. His book, “90 Days to a High-Performance Team”, published by McGraw Hill has helped and continues to help thousands of executives, managers, and team leaders improve performance.

He has appeared hundreds of times on radio and television interview programs to talk on a variety of topics including leadership, communication, team building, project management, and more. He has served or is currently serving as a board member of various associations such as the American Management Association, Institute of Management Consultants, National Speakers Association, and many others. Chris is also an award-winning Toastmasters International Competition speaker.

Chris has distinguished himself professionally by serving as a manager and trainer in various departments at organizations such as Prudential Insurance, Sprint, BayBank (now part of Bank of America), US Health Care, and Marriott Corporation.

Chris holds degrees in management studies and organizational behavior from Boston University. He has a rich cultural experience having traveled to 47 states and 22 countries in the course of his career.
