1. How long has TheComplyGuide been providing regulatory compliance training?

We commenced our operations in 2019. Over the past 5 years we have delivered over 300 webinars and virtual seminars.

2. Are your courses certified or recognized by industry associations?

Yes. Most of our courses are ones that have been accredited and eligible for Continuing Professional Education credits.

3. How often is the course material updated to reflect changes in regulations and compliance standards?

A few of our popular webinars are scheduled every 8 weeks and the course material is checked for updated every time. Most of the other webinars are repeated twice in a year and so are updated every 6 months.

4. Are the webinars tailored to specific industries or sectors?

Yes. We have webinars for Healthcare, Banking, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, General Manufacturing, etc. We also have webinars that apply to job functions across sectors – Human Resources, Audit, Accounting, etc.

5. Are your courses suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced
professionals?

The course level can vary depending on the areas covered. Some of the sessions are for beginners, but most of our courses are for intermediate to advanced level professionals.

6. Do the instructors have practical, real-world experience in regulatory compliance?

Of course, we ensure that all our instructors have immense practical experience in the areas that they teach/ present.

7. What platform do you use for delivering the webinars?

We currently use Webex.

8. Do participants receive a certificate of completion?

Yes. We send all our participants a TheComplyGuide branded certificate.

9. Do you offer customized training programs tailored to specific organizational needs?

Yes. Please check our On-site Training webpage for information on custom and private sessions for teams.

10. Do you offer any follow-up support or resources after the webinars?

Most of our webinars offer complimentary handouts and resources that participants can use after the workshop. Additionally, webinar attendees can have their doubts and questions and questions answered by the presenter for up to 4 weeks after the live webinar.

11. What is your refund policy?

Attendees may cancel up to 2 working days prior to the course start date and the refund will be processed within 3 working days.

 

Any refund request due to dissatisfaction with the quality of content will be processed without any questions being asked.
