About the Instructor
Chris DeVany is the founder and president of Pinnacle Performance Improvement Worldwide, a firm that focuses on management and organization development. Pinnacle’s clients include global organizations such as Visa International, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Aviva Insurance, and over 500 other organizations in 22 countries. He also has consulted to government agencies from the United States, the Royal Government of Saudi Arabia, Canada, the Cayman Islands, and the United Kingdom.
He has published numerous articles in publications ranging from ASTD/ Performance In Practice to Customer Service Management. His book, “90 Days to a High-Performance Team”, published by McGraw Hill has helped and continues to help thousands of executives, managers, and team leaders improve performance.
He has appeared hundreds of times on radio and television interview programs to talk on a variety of topics including Mergers and Acquisitions, change management, leadership, communication, team building, project management, and more. He has served or is currently serving as a board member of various associations such as the American Management Association, Institute of Management Consultants, National Speakers Association, and many others. Chris is also an award-winning Toastmasters International Competition speaker.
Chris has distinguished himself professionally by serving as a manager and trainer in various departments at organizations such as Prudential Insurance, Sprint, BayBank (now part of Bank of America), US Health Care, and Marriott Corporation.
Chris holds degrees in management studies and organizational behavior from Boston University. He has a rich cultural experience having traveled to 47 states and 22 countries in the course of his career.

We will process/provide a refund if the webinar is canceled. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the webinar. On-demand Recordings can be requested in exchange. Webinar may be canceled due to lack of enrollment or unavoidable factors. Attendees will be notified 24 hours in advance if a cancellation occurs. Substitutions can happen at any time.
